Cool-off, Temporary and Indefinite Self-Exclusion
Cool-off and temporary self-exclusion periods
PartyPoker customers can take a break from gaming at any time. These breaks can go from a day (cool-off) to 90 days (temporary self-exclusion). Once the cool-off/temporary self-exclusion period expires, the account will reopen automatically.
Indefinite self-exclusion
Indefinite self-exclusion involves a joint commitment from the customer and us. We will take reasonable steps to prevent the customer from re-opening their account or opening new accounts. However, during the period of indefinite self- exclusion, the customer must not attempt to re-open their account or try to open new accounts.
Indefinite self-exclusion periods have a minimum duration of 12 months. The maximum length of the self-exclusion can be indefinite. Once under indefinite self-exclusion, the account cannot be reopened. After the minimum period is over, we may review the option to allow to use our services again via registering a new account.
Please note that during a cool-off or self-exclusion period (temporary or indefinite), customers will not be able to deposit funds or play. Also, they will be excluded from targeted commercial communication.
